The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) is a joint venture company of the Government of India and the states of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh, established to implement the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) project. Aiming to enhance regional connectivity, it develops high-speed, high-frequency "Namo Bharat" trains to connect NCR cities.
