Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli (IIM Tiruchirappalli) is the eleventh IIM and was established in 2011 by the Government of India as an autonomous management institution and an institute of National Importance. The institute is functioning at its sprawling state-of-the-art campus, spread over 175 acres of land on Pudukkottai Main Road, Tiruchirappalli. IIMT, as a name, has steadily become synonymous with excellence in management education and has established a benchmark for unwavering quality in India.
