Job Description

You will be working as a Procurement and Logistics Specialist and will be the part of Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area Service & Digital Platform Industries division based in Faridabad, India. In this role you will be reporting to Service Sales Manager and will be responsible for revenue generation by selling Spare parts, upgrades, preventive maintenance spares for ABB Robotics products and constantly being focused on Customer Satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• • Collecting sales leads and market information from customers.
  • Ensure regular customer visits.
  • Meet new customers and manage the existing customers
  • Approaching customers for Sale and/or Renewal of Annual Spares Contracts.
  • Understanding the Customer needs and prepare suitable offers as per company policies.
  • Coordination with service team in getting spares enquiries which will ensure assured contract renewals.
  • Submit order, collection & Revenue forecast to management. Work rigorously on fulfilling monthly targets and Collection of outstanding dues in time

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electromech discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in service sales functions.
• Must have Robotics technical knowledge and MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent organization Skills detail Oriented.
• Customer Service Background Highly Desirable
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Knowledge of SFDC and SAP basic usage
• Strong desire to travel.
• Excellent Verbal communication Skills. (English, Hindi).
