Essential Functions/Responsibilities/Duties
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (ranging from product management to engineering and operations) to define, develop, shape, and refine requirements.
- Define, prioritize, and clarify user stories; working with other Product Managers, Team Leads and Engineering Managers to understand use cases, features, business & technical domain rules and overall product goals.
- Work closely with frontend/backend engineering teams, design, and stakeholders in an agile environment to deliver products to market
- Define and communicate project goals, problem framing, major solution architecture, design and scope decisions within target project timelines.
- Develop detailed, crisp user stories with acceptance criteria based on business requirements that can be used to create product specifications and architecture
- Work with UX Design to create User Stories based on report design mockups.
- Work with Engineering to estimate User Stories and continuously improve product ownership and other agile processes.
- Identify cross-team dependencies during requirements creation and work to assure impacted team(s) have available capacity and velocity to hit target dates.
- Keep abreast of Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.                          Education and Experience
- 3-6 years of technical product management, or similar, experience at a health care technology company or experience in computer science, software development, Engineering, Product Management, Business Analyst, or related role, with at least two years’ experience in the US health care industry
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar field or equivalent experience
- Knowledgeable in SaaS software
- Interest in Health and Wellbeing a plus.

1. Support the senior leadership team in driving a smooth and efficient running of the IT Outsourcing business operationally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the growing portfolio of EdTech at CSF
- End-to-end project management for projects i.e. including, development of annual / quarterly goals, detailed budget planning, supporting operations, implementation and ensuring timely reporting

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
- Masters or equivalent degree required (background in business, economics, education, public policy preferred)
- At least 2-5 years of work experience for PM and 6 to 10 years of experience for PLs in project management / management consulting / grant management / building startups
- Strong project management skills including an ability to be able to set priorities, plan timelines and meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to build and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in growing and managing teams
- Strong written, verbal communication skills and presentation skills
Desired Qualities- Experience in the education/ Edtech sector would be preferred
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ‘can-do’ attitude
